Ad Listings

You can post free ad listings once you have signed in or created your account. To learn how, please read our “Posting Ads on Vendo” help page.

Free listings are unlimited, so long as you have an account. For paid listings, the number depends on the plan(s) you purchase. For more information, please read the “Promoting Ads” Help Page.

Your Ad will be approved within 48 hours. You can check the status of your Ad in your profile page

Yes, you can edit your listings at any time. Once you logged into your account, you can edit the listings from your profile page.

Once you have created a Listing, you can upgrade it to be a featured add or bump your Listing up by purchasing a package that suits your needs.

All listings require a picture to be listed. However, the image can be changed, or new images added at any time. Log in to your account and edit your listings through your profile page.

Yes, you can do so when you enter the ad description

Should you find, products being advertised by someone else on your listing, contact the Vendo team to report the issue. Our team will work to remove the content and may take further action against the perpetrator.

All users are required to list true and accurate information for their listings. Should this be found not to be the case, report the Listing with a brief explanation of the false/misleading information to the Vendo team. Depending on the situation, the said Listing may be removed, and further action may be taken against the account responsible for the Listing.

No, refunds are not provided once a package has been purchased. Do note that expiry dates are not applicable for all packages

Your Listings will last indefinitely if it is continuously maintained/updated. If listings are found to have infringed community guidelines or no longer valid, Vendo Admin will remove it.


You can customise your profile by firstly Logging into your account, open your profile page, which can be found in the top right-hand corner of the website page. Click the “Edit Profile” text which is located under your name in your profile page. Then update your details and change your profile picture before clicking the “Update my Info” button.

Your password can be managed from the profile page. However, If you have forgotten your password, click on “forgot password” on the login screen and follow the prompts.

Yes, as long as the image complies with Vendo’s Policies. We encourage you to personalise your profile with images that express who you are or your unique brand. Do not forget that your profile image will be visible to all other users or visitors who visit your profile.

Your profile image can be as large as 1MB and be at least 150 pixels wide x 150 pixels high. With a maximum size of 1200 pixels wide x 900 pixels tall.

Vendo accepts credit card payments at the moment, and all transactions are handled through Paypal. We will incorporate more payment methods as we progress.
