This Heavy Duty continuous band sealer has a vertical design, specifically designed to handle large bags that require sealing whilst standing up. This sealer has a variety of adjustable features which makes it another versatile option for your business. This band sealer has a date/ batch number ink printer, allowing you to print up to 2 lines and 15 letters per line on the seal area. The integrated conveyor belt can also be adjusted in height. Capable of heat sealing at up to 300 C°, this machine is capable of sealing most materials used in flexible packaging. All operating parameters are controlled by a digital control panel, including a cool down function. The sealing speed can be varied to suit the application, and the conveyor will handle weights up to 25kg, closing with a 15mm seal.
