MAGNETIC TRAP
Our Magnetic Trap is designed to remove magnetic metal contaminants in chocolate process flow lines. It is a 304 stainless steel casing in which there is a magnetic bar conveniently positioned longitudinally. As the chocolate is pumped through the trap, the metallic contaminants are captured by the magnetic bar and subsequently collected each time the system is cleaned. It has a heating jacket to maintain the temperature of the chocolate. They should be installed as close as possible to the outlet of the chocolate pump.
